| A moment is like the Tardis in Dr Who, bigger and wider and full of data, impressions, colours and feelings when being inhabited and experienced; appearing insignificant, fleeting, ordinary when not. When we stop for a moment in order to be we can then realise the extraordinary richness of the moment. We can be surprised by the stream of thoughts ideas impressions and feelings that flow through us like a river. We can catch the chance to make a change, stand back, observe and de-couple ourselves from unpleasant thoughts and emotions, and strengthen our talent for observing dispassionately. The moment is filled with possibilities for increasing our wellbeing and reducing our stress responses
