Swedish body massage - Massage is the manipulation of body tissues for therapeutic purposes. The word massage is thought to have derived from the Arabic for 'press softly' or the Gerak 'to knead'. Swedish body massage involves the kneading, stretching, stroking, and wringing of the body's muscles and tissues. In treating the body the mind is also treated.

About the Masseuse

Caroline Walker qualified as a Reiki practitioner in 2007 with Martin Pye, Reiki master of Focus Therapies. In 2010 she qualified as a Holistic Therapist at the Carlton Institute in Windsor. Among other things her studies included a comprehensive training in Swedish Massage and Reflexology. She is a member of the Guild of Holistic Therapist. (MGHT)
