Notes: Soothing organic arnica cream contains pure shea butter, evening primrose oil and vitamin E. Arnica is the herb of choice for bumps, bruises, strains and sprains. Arnica has been used for many years in creams, oils and tinctures as an external application for reducing pain and bruises by climbers and walkers suffering the effects of falls or over-exerted muscles, sprained ankles and pulled tendons.
