Habitat: Goosegrass grows wild and abundant in waysides and hedgerows throughout Europe and North America. It is a little bit of a trailing and raggedy and persistent 'weed' and children in times past would find it amusing to throw it at each other and see the little velcro-like creeper cling firmly to a jumper.
