Reflexology is a non-invasive therapy, based on the idea of balancing the body's energies through the reflexes of the feet and hands, allowing the body to heal itself. Our feet are thought to mirror our body and that there are relative reflexes in the feet and hands corresponding to every organ in the body which reflexology treatment will massage and manipulate.

About the Reflexologist

Caroline Walker qualified as a Reiki practitioner in 2007 with Martin Pye, Reiki master of Focus Therapies. In 2010 she qualified as a Holistic Therapist at the Carlton Institute in Windsor. Among other things her studies included a comprehensive training in Swedish Massage and Reflexology. She is a member of the Guild of Holistic Therapist. (MGHT)
