Botanical creams containing horse chestnut were historically massaged into the skin as part of daily care routines, particularly for legs and areas prone to tiredness after long periods of standing or sitting.
The essential oils included contribute a fresh, herbal aroma and have traditionally been used in body-care formulations for their uplifting and refreshing qualities.
Texture & Application
The cream is smooth and non-greasy, making it suitable for daily use. It spreads easily and is well suited to gentle massage as part of a regular self-care routine.
Use
Apply sparingly to the skin once or twice daily. Massage gently until absorbed.
About the Preservatives in Our Creams
To ensure safety and product stability, this cream contains a 1% dilution of phenoxyethanol, combined with natural glycerine. This helps prevent the growth of bacteria, mould and yeast.
Phenoxyethanol is widely used in cosmetic products and is considered safe and gentle at low concentrations. It is also found naturally in substances such as green tea and chicory.
